Our step by step checklist will ensure you get what you want at the best price, saves you time and helps us work with you to make your trip the best it can be.

Each step is important. Essential documents you need to read or complete are listed below. Notice is required to make sure we have everything prepared for your arrival and you get the most of your time with us.

Once you book, you will be sent a link to our Groups Leaders site. This exclusive area provides you with all the information you need to be an outstanding group leader that you can access at your convenience.

And don't forget, for all your hard work you ski for FREE. As group organizer, in addition your complementary ticket to enjoy your groups visit with us, we offer an additional adult alpine complementary ticket for your use during the season if you are happy to complete a survey for us at the end of your trip. Your feedback helps us improve our services and we want to say thank you for your help organizing the trip.

Step 1: Complete this Groups Information Request Form. We will check the availability of your chosen activities for those dates and contact you.

Step 2: Firm up with us what you plans are. We will ask you to read our policies and forms.

Step 3: Gather info from your group and complete the forms. Send to groups department. 10 days prior for rentals. 3 weeks prior for education programs.

Step 4: A Groups representative will contact you, confirm your booking and answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: Make your payment.

Step 6: We will send your confirmation including your access to the Group Leaders site with all the information you need.
