- Sun. - Thurs.: 9am - 4pm
- Fri. - Sat.: 9am - 8pm (during the Night Skiing season, otherwise until 4pm)
- Nordic Night Skiing: 3pm-8pm

- the Guest Services kiosk located in front of the Alpine Lodge
- the Bradley Center (Alpine Rentals)
- the Raven Lodge (located on Nordic Road)
